We take pride in replying to all emails within short time. If you do not receive a reply/confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If there is also nothing there you can be sure that we never received your email /resp. something went wrong. In that case, please re-send your booking request or give us a quick call. Thank you.

How long do we hold tables?
Please note that we hold tables for 20 minutes and them give them free again if we don't get a notice about any delays (squeeze-in bookings we hold 10 minutes only, due to the time limit). So if you know you are running late or that you can't come at all, please drop us a line or ask your guesthouse/hotel, guide or driver to give us a quick call. Do we accept walk-ins?
We always keep a few seats open to welcome walk-ins. These seats are limited and are given on a first-come first-served basis.
Furthermore, whenever tables become available during lunch/ dinner service (because of a short-notice cancellation or because a main booking has finished and left already), these tables are also free to walk-ins on a first-come first-served basis.
We do encourage walk-ins to dine on the earlier (5.30pm - 6pm) or later (8pm - 8.30pm) side, to avoid longer wait times, as chances are better to get a table then. (Please note that our kitchen closes at 2.30pm for lunch and 9.30pm for dinner and that we are always closed on Sundays).
We don't have any influence on how quick these seats/tables fill up again. So please understand that this here is a well meant advice from us – but no promise.
However, what we can promise is that: if available, we will be very happy to seat you.
